All I want to do is to be able to install Server 2012 on it, but can't even get it to boot into the optical drive. I've never setup any type of UEFI on this server. I restarted server and it boots up and gets stuck at DELL PERC HAS200 "Initializing" and last night after 30-40 minutes it was able to get it to enter into a DELL logo saying it's initializing UEFI Interface. In RAID settings I created a new RAID-1 and paired the drives together and saved my changes. The drives are connected to a HAS200 RAID card (which came factory from Dell, I just disconnected the old drives and installed the SSD's). I have a Dell T310 server that I installed two 120Gb SSD's into a few days ago.
